We currently deliver across India, ensuring our honey reaches you in its purest form.
1.2 Order Processing
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Dispatches do not occur on Sundays or public holidays.
1.3 Estimated Delivery Time
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other locations: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
1.4 Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges are transparently displayed at checkout.
Occasional complimentary shipping offers may be extended and will be clearly communicated.
1.5 Shipment Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, allowing you to follow your order’s journey.
2. Returns & Refunds
2.1 Food Safety & Non-Returnable Nature
As a food product, honey is non-returnable once opened or used, in accordance with Indian food safety and consumer protection regulations. This ensures the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
2.2 Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
We will gladly assist you if:
Your order arrives damaged or leaking
An incorrect product is delivered
The product is defective upon arrival
2.3 Reporting a Concern
To help us resolve the matter efficiently:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Ensure the product remains unused and unopened
Share clear photographs or videos of the issue
Requests made beyond 24 hours may not be eligible.
2.4 Resolution
Upon verification:
We may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
